The new Homag N-510 CNC Nesting concepts: Individual automation with 5-axis processing
The Homag N-510 CNC machining centre is perfect for producing carcass furniture or dividing and finishing furniture fronts also offering effortless processing of stair stringers and door leaves. This range offers table sizes, from 1.25 x 2.5 m to 2.1 x 7.4 m. later additions to the machine such as Lift tables for loading, automatic belt conveyors for pushing out the parts or robotic handling are effortlessly incorporated through an easy connection of 14 different automation concepts via Plug & Play. For time-saving handling, the N-510 has the option of 21 different drilling gears and tool changers with space for 8, 14 or 22 tools. For increased sustainability, changeover times have been reduced, chip extraction and vacuum suction have also been optimized.
